It came on time, that was all fine. What fell a bit short was the product itself. The colors were bland. VERY different from the pictures advertised. SO I called and was told it was a sampler and the colors were all different. When I asked for a different sampler to be sent, I was told they were all the same. Hmmm. I asked if there were any bright colors, and was told I would have to buy them in packs of 10. So I ordered 2 to augment the colors I had and when I was getting ready to bring them to my class I realized there were no wicks included so I then had to spend almost$20 in wicks!
I would only recommend this item to someone who didn't need exciting colors or had their own wicks! I don't think I would buy this product again
