Minding my beeswax polish June 19, 2010

I ordered this product because my son's electric bass guitar manufacturer recommended beeswax. I did some research and then ordered the Daddy Van's product. The polish arrived in just under 2 weeks time, which I thought was a bit slow to arrive. When we received the product, my son gave his bass a polish. The Daddy Van's smelled great, and went on the instrument easily with an old tee-shirt. There are no environmental concerns, so no special equipment or gloves are required. After about 5 minutes my son began to polish out the bass guitar to a nice satin sheen. Overall, we are very happy with the product. I would expect the container to last a long time.

Beeswax is the choice of furniture restorers and antique dealers everywhere. The finish lasts much longer than petrochemicals and the shine cannot be beat. Also unlike petrochemical waxes, beeswax does not attract dust. This wax costs more, but in the long run it is more economical than the synthetics.

Love this furniture polish. No harsh chemicals, wonderful soft lavender scent, goes on smoothly and buffs to a nice warm glow.
